Amazing location, lush green forest, well-designed cottages, helpful staff, quick service.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We appreciated our time at the hotel, THANKS. Position of the venue so close to Panoramic Helipad and possibility to visit photo point. It is a super base for honeymoon.

Perfect for a city trip, no complaints about the hotel, enjoyed the stay and convenient on-site parking.

Great Christmas getaway! Spent my Christmas at a beautiful resort in the woods, surrounded by nature. the retreat is located a little away from the main township. the road leading to the resort through the tea plantation is breathtaking. the rooms provided were clean and cozy, with prompt service. the staff was helpful and friendly throughout the stay. the food offered was delicious and they provided a wide variety of options. the best part was the small waterfall, which was a refreshing addition to the overall experience. it was a great Christmas getaway.

Not many activities available. Although the location was stunning, there didn't seem to be many activities available on-site.

The room decor and the view from the window were very pleasing, and the food was quite impressive considering the location in the mountains. , the staff was very polite and attentive to our needs, which made us feel welcomed.

The location itself was a bit too secluded, making the entire place less accessible. Another downer was the lack of activities available, which meant there was very little to do on the resort itself, forcing us to spend more time than we would have liked in our room.

This hotel is nestled in the midst of a beautiful natural setting close to many tourist spots, yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, including the cottages which were spacious and luxurious. The breakfast provided was satisfying and the staff were friendly and accommodating, with reception being a short 290 meters away from the cottage.

The resort needs to improve its payment method, which can be time-consuming and complicated at times.

Plus, it was conveniently close to many tourist spots, but still far enough to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The service here was top-notch, with the staff, especially the manager, providing excellent service and being very helpful. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, including a dining table, coffee facilities, and even a hairdryer. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families. The service, amenities, and location are all top-notch, making it the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
